In this area of the network, LLSA studies, researches, selects, documents and disseminates the identification of standards, interoperability criteria and technical, technological, structural, process-related or strategic barriers preventing system interconnection. It also analyses proposals for interoperability architectures, measures the impact (both functional and economic) of interoperability in the system, etc., while adhering strictly to the Regional Health Ministry's Strategic ICT Framework.
