In this area, LLSA develops projects or finds formulas that provide innovative tools and mechanisms to help improve collaborative efforts between the government and citizens (by searching for new forms of outreach and health education), and between citizens themselves (using tools such as social networks, collective intelligence, information and knowledge management, etc.).
Particular emphasis is laid, moreover, on developing electronic administration services that give citizens on-line access to the health system.
