This scenario is a three-dimensional virtual reality environment where users can interact, meet, use virtual applications and tools, etc. The scenario provides support for projects involving citizen participation, training and professional partnerships, collaborative working environments, telepresence, communication, etc.
The different projects and pilots using this scenario can contribute additional tools to connect the virtual world with other applications or services (presentation software, e-learning systems, videoconferencing, data bases, documentary references, etc.).
